The misconduct case alleges that in the weeks before 22 September 2024, the former officer behaved violently, threateningly or abusively towards Ms A.

Among the allegations to be considered at the hearing are claims that the former officer slammed Ms A's head against a wall, caused bruising and injury to her eye and chest, and caused damage to a wall at the home they shared.
Further allegations relate specifically to an incident on 22 September 2024, where its alleged the former officer hit Ms A in the face, causing bruising and injury to the side of her face, banged her head against a door on one or more occasions, pinned her to the floor and caused bruising and injury to her hand.
