HM Revenue & Customs has reportedly petitioned the High Court of Justice to wind up the Hartlepool Business Sea & Sky Pictures Ltd in just 14 days. The business reportedly trading from an address in Hartlepool’s Tower Street which was selected as the North East production company to co-develop a slate of ideas for BBC Comedy working alongside Hat Trick now reportedly has just a short window to address the petition from the court or face being wound up under a High Court order, likely leading to the business having to pay the creditors legal costs & any interest owed on its debts.
