Historic Building owned by Hartlepool Borough Council is being marketed as to let by informal tender by Hartlepool Borough Council.

Ever fancied running a business in a historic setting with charm and character ?, well it seems now’s your chance!, as Hartlepool Borough Council this week announces that tenders are being invited for the lease of Hartlepool's Ward Jackson Park Lodge, a Grade II listed building located at the southern entrance to the towns Ward Jackson Park, with Hartlepool Borough Council marketing the building as a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs, small businesses, or anyone with a vision to breathe new life into this beautiful property.


A Historic Property with Modern Potential


Ward Jackson Park Lodge isn’t just any building—it’s said to be a piece of Hartlepool’s ever dwindling heritage. Originally the park keeper’s lodge, this Grade II listed building is said to combine historic appeal with practical modern amenities.
